Shabana is a Partner and Head of the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team and has over 20 years of legal experience in all areas relating to Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury claims as well as Litigation matters.

Shabana deals with a mix of Clinical Negligence claims to include birth injuries, delays in diagnosis, negligent surgery, inquests and fatal accidents. She also deals with serious and minor road traffic accidents and accidents at work.

Over the years, she has achieved major successes in Clinical Negligence Claims often settling claims in excess of millions of pounds.
