Anousha Kandiah is a Partner/Director and Head of the Private client department. She joined Redferns in 2005 as a trainee and has over 16 years of legal experience in Private client and residential conveyancing matters.
Anousha specialises in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Registration of all Powers of Attorneys, Court of Protection Applications and Administration of Estates when someone dies (Obtaining Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration).
She also handles residential conveyancing matters both freehold and leasehold to include shared ownership properties.
Anousha is a full accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). STEP is an international professional body comprising of qualified professionals that help families plan for their future.
